1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VenturePull ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use VenturePull.

2. Description of Service

VenturePull is an AI-powered deal execution platform that connects founders, growth partners, investors, and individuals through its InvestMe™ system.

We provide tools for:

  • Startup discovery and analysis
  • AI-powered matching
  • Messaging and communication
  • Meeting coordination

VenturePull is not a broker, dealer, financial institution, or investment advisor.

3. User Roles

Users may participate as:

  • Founders
  • Growth Partners
  • Investors
  • InvestMe™ Profiles (individual ventures)

Each user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

4. No Investment Advice

All content provided on VenturePull is for informational purposes only.

VenturePull does not:

  • Provide investment advice
  • Recommend securities
  • Facilitate transactions as a broker

All investment decisions are made at your own risk.

5. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Misrepresent yourself or your business
  • Engage in fraud or misleading activity
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Spam or harass other users

Violation may result in account termination.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

However, by using the Platform, you grant VenturePull a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

  • Display
  • Distribute
  • Promote

your content within the Platform.

8. AI & Platform Insights

VenturePull uses AI to generate scores, insights, and matches.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs are estimates, not guarantees
  • Scores do not represent financial advice
  • Decisions should not rely solely on AI outputs

9. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment.

By subscribing:

  • You agree to recurring billing
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation:

  • Stops future billing
  • Does not refund past payments

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy of information
  • Availability of users or deals
  • Platform performance

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

VenturePull shall not be liable for:

  • Investment losses
  • Missed opportunities
  • Indirect or consequential damages

13. Third-Party Interactions

You are solely responsible for interactions with other users.

VenturePull does not:

  • Verify all users
  • Guarantee outcomes
  • Enforce agreements between users

Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law
