2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed:

  • In advance of the billing period

By subscribing, you authorize VenturePull to charge your selected payment method.

3. Pricing

All prices:

  • Are displayed on the Platform
  • May change at any time

Changes will not affect active billing cycles but will apply to future renewals.

4. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation:

  • Stops future billing
  • Does not provide refunds for past payments

6. Refund Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • All payments are non-refundable
  • Partial usage does not qualify for refunds

7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • Access to premium features may be suspended
  • We may retry billing

8. Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

We do not store full payment details.

9. Abuse & Fraud

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend accounts
  • Cancel subscriptions

in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse.
